i think it would be cool if we could use striker suits in the clockworks. i for one hardly ever use my shield and i would like tol run circles around vana just for fun. we should be able to craft a striker suit where each star level had a longer use till it had to recharge. im open to changes but i think this would make the clockworks more fun.

Processing Thoughts of You Always

OP.
There is a REASON Nick stated that he wasn't sure about including speed bonuses in general clockworks, and kept the bonus capped at Medium. It would break the game.
Recon and Guardian in Clockworks would also be terrible ideas.
Sneaking past enemies without a fight, and infinite healing?

No.
What happens in LD stays in LD.

@Auraeat
I meant why he wanted only Striker. Of course any other class would be OP. And imagine that megashield being able to take any hits, or sneaking around Vanny for a better shoot without aggro.

Striker in clockworks, isn't all good

Sure a striker would have a damage bonus and speed, but strikers basically don't have shields. They would have to dodge pretty much every attack, which will eventually lead them to running to ninja spikes, thorns, explosions, and fire traps. I mean people already fall prey to that stuff without the speed bonus. Not to mention, the devastating effects of lagging while super speeding.

can you imagine fighting a boss without a shield?

What about close corner combat, is it possible to dodge everything. What happens when you run out of juice and you're surrounded by lumbers or pouncing zombies?

Would love to see striker and Recon energy only regenerate within a Guardian's sphere.

@Pycossis

Hi.

You must be new here.

We don't like new people.

And we absolutely despise new people who post troll threads.

GET OUT.

Seerusly? Striker in the clockworks? I'm not even going to bother trying to rage at this too much. Cmon, even if this was a semi-good suggestion, why not recon and guardian? Only Striker? Who are you, an anti-recon/guardian guy? Anyway, if any of the LD classes were implemented into the CW, the game would be ruined. Super speed breaks the game. Invisibility shatters it. Infinite healing just pulverizes. But since this isn't a good suggestion, well...

Which leads me back to my origional point.

GET OUT.

It would be cool if there

It would be cool if there were missions where you had a LD shield. We already copied bomberman after all, let's just sit on the strike packs like motorbikes and go mario cart on feinds.

Behold the fading memory of a suggestion dead and gone.

No, seriously. I put a lot of time into that thread, and I'm pretty sure it contains much more thought and reason than this one.
