So I think the title is somewhat self explanatory: Confetti that isn't temporarily sold from a vendor / isn't found in a box.

Instead, this is a rare artifact that generates one confetti per day for your use. The confetti doesn't need to be used up in that day; you can stock up 30 confetti from a 30 day time period to blow off all 30 in one day etc. etc.

This confetti will have a different name, like "Volcanic Confetti", and act different than normal confett: It is going to be bound to the player and cannot be traded (so no, this isn't used for money. Just a for fun item). This way, it shows that someone has found the Confetti-Maker rather than someone who just used a normal confetti.

Since there are not enough rare items in the game that aren't accessories, and since there was a post from Nick months ago saying that Darkfang Shield may be brought into the game as a normal non-rare shield, I think we should make the Confetti-Maker a rare drop.

The Confetti-Maker will drop from objects destroyed in missions / in the clockworks that have a low chance of containing crowns. These objects are things such as fire hydrants in Devilite levels, smashable books and chairs in Candlestick Keep levels, buckets of bolts in Gremlin / Construct levels, etc. You WILL find a Confetti-Maker from these smashable objects.

You will NOT find a Confetti-Maker from things which have a low chance of containing crowns, however show up often: these overly common smashable objects include bushes and grass which do NOT have a chance to drop it.

The Confetti-Maker has a .02% chance to drop from the listed smashable objects that aren't common. If you smash 3 Fire Hydrants in one Devilite level, then it will take you on average 1,500 to 2,500 Devilite levels in order to find a single Confetti-Maker. Let's say you can smash 3 Fire Hydrants in a 10 minute time period. It will take you on average 250 to 400 hours of smashing Fire Hydrants in order to find a single Confetti-Maker. "On average" is simply an average. It may otherwise take you a single devilite level to find it, or it may take you 5,000 devilites to find it, or you may never find it. That is why rare items are so fun to hunt.

The Confetti-Maker will be Bind on Pickup and will be apart of the round robin looting system should a group of players come across one.

This makes it somewhat comparable to a Darkfang Shield, since it tends to take people many months to find one. It will take around 15 days of pure gameplay in order to find a Confetti-Maker. This will sound unreasonable to just about everyone, but that is how rare items tend to be: Don't farm it, but rather find it naturally. If you plan to farm it, never expect to find it. The issue is that this game currently hands every item to you on a silver platter except for Darkfang Shield, Zee Core, and some accessories so it might seem odd.

I also thought that there could be multiple kinds of Confetti-Makers. The percents listed below is the chance of you to find that specific Confetti-Maker by smashing an object.

On average, out of 100 Confetti-Makers: 1 will be Shadow, 3 will be Prismatic, 3 will be Divine, 3 will be Volcanic, and the rest will be whatever.
