Recently, I got a Bombhead mask in lockdown. I have checked my Arsenal multiple times and it just won't show up. The same thing happened with 4 Krogmo Coins. Can you admins fix this?

Also, I lost about 50k CR because the Auction house failed to send the item to me, twice. I ask that you re-fund me on this, as losing it was not pleasant.

The reason I did not put this in the correct form topic is because I'm not sure the admins would see it. Move it if you wish. Thank you.

The admins read the bug

The admins read the bug reports forum, even if they don't reply much; just last night I got a message asking about something I'd mentioned in that forum. The "devs" who reply most often in general discussion are actually the community manager or artists- not really your target audience anyway.

If your issue is a time sensitive problem with lost items that requires viewing logs, file a support ticket and have a GM look at it.
