Addition to the new shard mechanics.

Ok, we all know the new shard bombs are bad. Really bad. So I came up with some ideas to make them somewhat better.

Upon the initial blast, it sucks enemies in, like a vortex, but not continuous. No graphical effect for it, like the old sucking effect with the pepperbox charge. Second, the shards go off 1 at a time, staggering all enemies for a longer time, rather than going off all at once, only staggering once, if at all.

I also thought that the new mechanics we have would be different. The shards would go out in 8 directions like normal, But doing no damage or knockback. Then, they would halt for around half a second to a second at their maximum range. Then they would go back, doing damage and dragging enemies with them towards the blast point. When all shards get there, a big blast happens.

I just thought of these randomly. :P

Kinda the same as my suggestion. But i kinda like the idea that the first half acts the same, then the second round of explosions pushes them to clump together. Better crowd control for yourself or for teams.

hehehe. maybe you should look at some other shard suggestions before making nearly the same post. mine was still on the first half of the first page :P
