Because for non-steam players, switching characters on the same account is more of a pain than it has to be.

Preferably a larger button in bottom-centre of the options menu, below 'Quit-Logoff-Return to Haven-Ok', just so it's easier to press.

Thoughts?

@CorvahSeveral reasons...-

Several reasons...

- Not everyone likes Steam.
- Steam may download updates to other games when you play. Those "do not automatically update" settings are useless, since games can, will and have overridden it.
- When Steam goes down, you will have to login SK via workarounds.
- In-game store no longer works, you must go through Steam wallet. The description for items there are not always up-to-date (e.g. when Nemesis box promotion ended), leading to confusion.
- Some with less modern machines will have lower frame rate, having to support the Steam client as well.
- Converting to Steam is a one-way operation. You can never undo it even if you don't like it.
- Spiral Knights is region locked on Steam.

This suggestion is for switching between the three knights of the same account, so you don't have to log out and re-login.

I don't see anything wrong with it, so +1 from me; but I also think it is highly unlikely that OOO will implement it.
