i need a balanced arsenal. im in tier 2, need to know the best balanced tier 3 weapons. divine avenger? blitz needle?

here is my opinion.
::Swords::
Elemental brandish line (Voltedge/Combuster/Glacius)
Acheron or granfaust, acheron is safer, but gran faust is really good in LD
Final Flourish or Barbarous Thorn Blade
::Gun::
Polaris
Blitz (or plague needle if you like PvP and party play)

::Bomb::
Shivermist
(electron vortex)
These are pretty much what i have, or what i use/love. I have more weapons than these weapons i have listed, but i mainly use these weapons.
Oh and you wrote about wild hunting blade but if you make a striker line, id rather to say you should make dread venom striker instead of wild hunting blade as poison increases damage. I guess you will use full skolver+BTS for beasts(if you are a sword user or LD striker you will have the skovler set), therefore there is no point to choose WHB(beast High). Because skolver+BTS set already has damage max on swords, and it cant be more than max, since it is maximum!! so yeah...choose DVS rather than WHB.

My 'balanced' loadout: Divine Avenger/WRH/Acheron/BTB/Polaris/Prisma Driver/Shadow Driver
I also have numerous bombs, but those are less commonly used.
The above weapons are simply those I use most.

Why have the balanced loadout
when you can have an OP loadout?
These are my thoughts on the issue.
