I got a couple suggestions involving weapons:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Weapon specials: It's come to my mind that a lot of RPG's add special attacks to their weapons. I figured that SK could do the same too. I know that charge attacks count as specials, but what I'm going for is practically super charge attacks. How this would work is that every time you kill a monster, you gain points that fill up a special counter bar. The amount of points coming from monsters will be very small (You'll see why right now), like let's say you kill 50 monsters. Once you kill 50 monsters, your bar is filled, and you have the chance to cast a special charge. With the meter/bar full, you have the ability to cast your special. You can only unleash one special with one weapon every full bar, so choose carefully. Once you charge your weapon, you hit a designated hotkey (say space) and you unleash your special. Weapon specials could be done in LD too, but since dying is more frequent in LD, the number of kills you need will be smaller, let's say just 10. The specials would work the same in LD as they do in the clockworks. Of course, this is just an idea open for changes, cause I know the count bar thing sounds like it needs some more ideas for balance purposes.
Ok, so with weapons specials, here are some examples of specials for weapons:
Swords: Sword specials could be upgraded versions of their respective charge attack. For example: The flourish series could have some sort of combo, as shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qatROl5EU5k. The DA/GF could have a super slash that sends out a wave of light/dark energy that sweeps across the room, sorta like this (2:41 on video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMZIrrU97do. The Troika swords could either cause an earthquake or create a path of stalagmites that follows the same behavior as the Brandish charges. Leviathan and CIV could be a combo like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65pkTJHljSI. And finally, brandish swords could have their super charge just buffed to look like the one in this video and could spread in 3 different ranges like the DA charge: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt0iHPJRQRs&feature=related. I know that there are a lot more swords, but these are just some examples of super charge attacks.
Guns: Gun specials are kinda hard to come up with since guns can only shoot, but here are some possible ideas. For guns like Valiance, AP/Sentenza and the Callahan/Iron Slug lines, they could have specials where each gun gets 6 super shots, which would be the charge attack projectile (bird animation for AP and Sentenza). 6 shots, and only 6 shots will these guns receive as a super charge attack. Polaris and Supernova could have a laser beam shot, like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbVHVZvN6iQ. The autogun path could have a super charge that's practically the same as the regular charge, but fires more bullets faster. Neutralizer/Biohazard could have a shot that entraps the one person/monster it catches, where others are free to attack the trapped player/monster. The alchemers could have a charge that attacks the same way as it's regular attack, but spreads out more than the regular charge.
Bombs: You really cannot do much to bombs, or can you? The haze bombs could have a doubled range and deal more damage. The Gravitons could have a OHKO where it instantly kills anything that it entraps. Blast bomb line could have a bomb that deals more damage. The crystal bombs could have a special that acts the same way as the crystal bombs before their change, just to please the players who want the old crystal bombs back.
Yes, I know I missed a lot of weapons, including lower tiered weapons, but I'm too lazy to come up with specials for all weapons. :P
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shadow Lair weapons: We have all done the Shadow Lairs and have acquired all the armors we need, so they have been deemed useless now. Well, what if OOO adds weapons? This could solve a few things; add more replay value to SL's and add new weapons to the game. Shadow weapons would work different than the armors tho, because you have to craft the weapons starting from 4*. I know it's really aggravating to have to go back to the SL's to make the SL weapons harder, but hear me out. I know some weapons like the Vanaduke mace and a Snarbolax gun have been suggested, so by making 4* the starting weapon requirement for SL's, then we are able to make new alchemy paths for the Sealed Sword and Antigua, which could make good Vanaduke and Snarbolax weapons (Snarbolax gun http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/38341). If my Jelly Bomb suggestion gets added (see below) there could be a ice bomb for the Ice Queen. Roar Twins could have a gun following the Pulsar line that shoots out fire balls instead of shock balls. These are some weapon suggestions open for changes.

Just one weapon suggestion for now:
Jelly bomb: The Jelly bomb is a piercing bomb that causes stalagmites to come out of the ground, just like the spike jelly attack. The lower the stars, the less spikes come out. Here is a suggested name list.
Jelly Bomb > Brute Jelly Bomb > Rock Jelly Bomb > Royal Jelly Bomb
For Ice Queen bomb: 4* Ice Jelly Bomb > Royal Freeze Bomb (open for changes)
I wish I had made drawings for the bombs, but how I want the bombs to looks is like this: 2* bomb looks like a pink blob of slime, 3* has small spikes coming out of it, 4* Rock Jelly has bigger spikes than the Brute Jelly > 5* Royal Jelly has the JK crown on it. The 4* Ice Bomb is a frost jelly and the 5* Freeze Bomb has the Ice Queen crown on it.
Weapons already have charge attacks. They are called charge attacks.
Nothing to see there.
This is not even the first thread to do it.
