Nope not falling apart at all, in fact the game is really appealing to me and other people I know from multi platform guilds because theres virtually no progression curve to fall behind that would make a return anywhere near prohibitive.
I think thats a good thing...right guys?1!?

Do I think that its falling apart? No.
Do I think that things have gotten to the point that its highly suggested that you invest 10-20$ into the game so you don't have to grind your face in just to make your first 5 star sets? That's up to debate, I started a year ago with someone else and we both pitched in to get a starter pack.
Do I regret that purchase at all? Absolutely not.

No
People quit because they run out of things to do not because there is something wrong with the game. A game can only milk the same content for so long before people get bored of it. That is how it is for all games really...

@Writhes i agree with you..But if the content has more things to do then the life span of the game will be longer.For example if the guildhall update came a month ago i believe many who left now they ll continue to play for a little while..
The game has not fall apart..In havens you see a lot of people as usual..
Every player has his own belief about the game..For example im dissapointed with the mission system after a month..It killed the arcade.But new players dont know the arcade like us the old players so they dont care.Its a cycle old players bore and new players come..When the game has not something to offer then it will fall apart..
