I want to buy Elevator Passes but when I get one I feel like I have to do nothing but play SK for the whole duration.
Some suggestions!
1) Offer them in shorter durations. The 14-day pass in the one pack is nice, but... it's only in the one pack. 7-day and 14-day would be nice options to have besides just 30-day. (Actually I'd like to have even shorter ones so I can just play on weekends, but see number 3 below.)
2) Offer the ability to "pause" your pass. Of course you shouldn't be able to just do it willy-nilly, so there would be some restrictions: for example, the pause would last a minimum of 24 hours, and you couldn't pause more than 72 hours per 7 days or something. IDK. I got the idea from a certain casual game portal's subscription options, which included an option to "pause" your sub for one month at a time (but you can only do it once every other month).
3) Mini-pass packs! For example, $5 for a dozen 24-hour mini-passes or five 2-day passes or something. You get to choose when to activate mini-passes, like other usable items.
If the EP cost like £10+ and only lasted two weeks or something I'd agree in principle but...it costs like £2 and lasts a month. The amount of [time:ce ratio] you'd spend on elevator fees blows clean out the water, so even if you only play for two weeks of that month, you're still ultimately saving yourself a hell of a lot of [time/money/ce].
You're at no real loss whether you play 24/7 or not *shrugs*
