I've read that the triglav was updated so that it can no longer freeze on the second swing, is this true?

Well, I haven't heard that, but sometimes Three Rings changes these things without telling us. Where have you read such a thing?

This is talking about Sudaruska, not Triglav. The current consensus is that Sudaruska cannot stun on its second stroke, but that Triglav can freeze on its second stroke. So there's nothing surprising there.

This comment doesn't say that Triglav doesn't freeze on its second hit. I'm not sure what the comment is claiming. It and the one just before it appear to be trolls.

I think i can freeze stuff with my triglav's 2nd swing.....il test it later and tell you.

Yes, it can freeze on 2nd swing. just tested it.
