So I'm a gunner that does not like using swords but sometimes they are a necessity (RJP)
I have the gunslinger set, and Kilowatt, needle shot, and nightblade (again RJP)
Any way which one should I choose and which upgrade?

I don't need 3 weapons do I...
I have an Elemental and a piercing, so should I still get it?
and do I need a 3rd weapon slot?
No, you don't need three weapons, but you already have three, don't you? The idea is that you take two at a time --- the ones that seem most relevant to the level. (Or, if you have three weapon slots, then take all three.)
I mean, if you simply don't want any more weapons, then use 15 of your Jelly Gems to get a Brute Jelly Helm, and vendor that for 3,500 crowns.
but sometimes they are a necessity (RJP)
Practice with your guns and sooner or later swords will just slow you down. Nothing is ever a necessity~
I didn't comment on your sword situation, because you said that you didn't like swords. I agree with Darkbrady that swords are not a necessity. So maybe you just shouldn't get them.
But, if you want to know about swords, consult my sword guide. You could skip to the "Divine Avenger vs. Gran Faust" section, but if you're asking about those two swords, then you might want to start at the beginning.
If you're gunning, an Umba Driver will probably serve you better than a Sentenza. It's still worth picking an Antigua up to test-drive and see if you like the playstyle, though. You could also use the tokens buy a piece of jelly mail and pawn it at an NPC for 3500cr.
RJP is totally doable with just a Shadowtech MK II, btw. Spend a little extra for one with CTR Low and learn how to abuse that charge attack.
I agree with Orbwanter, actually. Sentenza is a fine gun --- easy to use, decent damage, good range --- but alchemer charge attacks are beautiful.
@Orbwanter, You could also easily just make do with 1 Shadowtech MkII. You just need to learn to use single weapon double swapping. Although it doesn't get you as high a rate of fire as double weapon switching, it lets you keep another weapon slot open which is a great tradeoff if you only have two weapon slots.
@Flamearc, To be honest, if you plan on investing heavily in gunning, I would suggest you get an alchemer instead of one of the antigua lines. In my opinion, the antigua lines are more utility weapons than DPS weapons.
If you really want to upgrade one of them, it would really depend on what your end goal is. If you are going to do a large amount of Vanaduke when you reach T3, I suggest you aim for an Argent Peacemaker. While you do have a Pulsar for elemental damage, it is usually shunned in parties due to how it is very obtrusive.
too late for that now..
But I will work towards a nova driver.
Is JK doable with blackhawk?
It's doable, but takes longer and requires much more clicking. Blackhawk only hits one target at a time unless you use the awkward charge attack, and jellies tend to come in swarms. It's a bit better against gremlins, but has trouble if there are multiple menders to deal with in T3 because you won't be able to kill them before they put up shields. I do like using Sentenza against polyps, though.
More than half the cost of making making a 5 star item is from the final upgrade, so don't feel pressed into upgrading a 4 star weapon you don't end up using. Sunk cost fallacy and all that.
@Night-Rove:
Yes. Which one specifically depends on what you already have and where you want to be.
Well, you're a gunner with an elemental gun and a piercing gun. What you're missing is a shadow gun. This suggests that you should get Sentenza.
