Would be awesome and very OP (but the charge risk will still be there).

You can shield shock and be relatively harmless without needing resisntance to it. Also, the status is almost irrelevant in FOV due to it's raw damage super charge attack.

very OP

Don't make a suggestion if those words can land anywhere in it.

@Juances: due to invinci frames, it's not hard for penta strikers (or guardians) to survive a FoV if they're at full health already. The fire burns and coudl kill, but they have a chance to fight back, esp if teh FoV'r is burning as well. Inflicting strong shock on people would cripple everyone and all but guarantee they could be easily killed even if they did survive. Not to mention the fact that it'd completely and utterly make the current FoV totally redundant.

I ignored LD. Was talking about how a FoV 1-hits Vana's guards.

I love how he wasted his time just making one sentence saying that he wants a Shock FOV.
Explanation please?

Practicality aside, it just doesn't fit.

The FoV is named 'Fang of Vog' because it's supposed to be a literal tooth of the fiery deity Vog (Wow, he must have dentures by now or something), hence the fire nature of the weapon.

If you were to create a 'shock version of it', you'd need a 'shock version' of Vog. Just conceptually, but already it sounds like a bit much just for a new weapon.

The FoV is largely regarded as more of a trophy weapon anyway.

I disagree. I've always insisted that whenever we do get to see a Vog in game (for any reason) that its fangy teeth should look like FoVs. I simply won't believe that it's a true Vog otherwise.

Hah? If you make a sword out of something's tooth, of course you have to give it an edge!

Nerd logic alert:
The purpose of using a tooth of a deity like Vog is for the elemental and magical properties it gives the blade. However, a tooth in itself will be no weapon without an edge, so it was reshaped to possess one.

"its fangy teeth should look like FoVs."

I lol'd. Just lol'd.

Never said it can't be

Never said it can't be sharpened after it's extracted! D:

Now, the weapons I wanna use are the ones that were used by whatever hero managed to steal a tooth from a Vog; screw shock FoV, I wanna gear up in Vog-Dentist armour! >:D
