I bought the guardian pack and suddenly can allow myself a bunch of new equipment. Tell me which to get that are fun to use.
Already have khorovod, electron vortex, whb, faust, neutralizer, daring rigadoon and other less fun stuff.

Bombing in general is really
Bombing in general is really fun and extremely rewarding once you get the hang of it, particuarly when you're doing things like chaining DBB against gremlins or wolvers, or kiting an Arena with AoA. Even the weaker bombs like Shards are still fun to use, if frustratingly weak.
Outside of the bombing world, I personally find Alchemer-line guns really fun to use, weapon switching with rapid status stacking is really fun, and learning to abuse the richochets is great. The Volcanic Pepperbox is also a pretty fun gun to mess around with, even if it's totally outclassed by Blitz Needle.

CAUTERY SWORD
If you want a challenge, go with weapons that don't max out at 5*. Normal damage is also fun as many weapons come as normal and something else. Shame it's not very powerful. This all really depends on your playstyle but consider some of these hipster weapons:
-Biohazard
-Neutralizer
-Supernova
-Volcanic Pepperbox
-Sudaruska
-Triglav

Volcanic pepperbox is amazingly fun. Also check out the iron slug. The Magnus lines as a whole are crazy fun to mess around with, but the iron slug is hardly ever used for a reason that I cannot think of. Also, irontech destroyer and big angry bomb.

As an unfortunate individual that actually owns both a Callahan and an Iron Slug, I think the reason nobody uses IS is because for what it does it seems outclassed by many other guns, mostly by the Callahan. Callahan has the specialization of piercing damage and a chance to stun. Iron Slug on the other hand just does normal damage (which Valiance is far better at), does not stun, and evidently used to have a chance to stun the user, which must have been removed at some point. The only thing I can see it being useful for is it may do enough damage to interrupt/knock down enemies, but then again so does the Callahan against 4/6 enemy types, if it doesn't just say screw the rules and also stop jellies and constructs.
Also, Triglav/Sudaruska are considered hipster weapons? Triglav was the first thing I made after the coliseum was added, and I love it. The charge attack takes some serious getting used to (actually stopped using it for a while because I kept overshooting), but once you get a feel for the distance and timing, you can obliterate whole groups of things. In the lower depths of T3 it does some 800 or so damage if both the strike and aftershock hit, more than enough to one-shot a lot of monsters when solo. I'm working on a max sword damage bonus set, hoping I can push it over 1000. :v
As for the original question, the 5*Cutter swords are fun, if you don't mind probably taking loads of damage from enemies while blindly cleaving through them in a bezerker rage.

No one mentionned the DLC
No one mentionned the DLC weapons. They are not exactly hipster weapons, but according to my experience tends to be underused, and have a very different gameplay than other weapons.
If you can get the DLC, definitely add the Rocket Hammer and Dark Retribution to the list.

I don't find slug fun. It looks cool, but it's just a normal gun. It doesn't even have a status. Pretty boring imo.
I have dlc. Don't find the weapon there particularly fun either. Maybe DR in compound but that's it.
I have khorovod. I would love if it had a stun on second hit, because it's slow and doesn't even interrupt zombies with normal attacks! What kind of heavy sword can't interrupt a tiny skelly? Comboing charge with vortex is damn fun though.
I may try an alchemer...

Alchemers aren't really hipstr, but they are fun to use; there is nothing quite so satisfying as hitting the sweet spot on a turret and OHKOing it with a charge before it even has a chance to turn around.
The Dread Venom Striker is fun to play with, although it's somewhat like using a glass cannon that isn't really a cannon. You sort of have to... dance with it, is probably the best description. I prefer it over the WHB, although I seem to remember seeing Tsuba's video that showed that the latter had a bit more interrupting power and marginally larger range; can't recall the link, though. You're definitely going to want to max out ASI and damage if you're using these swords, though, and stay away from that charge if you value your health bars.

If you ever get the OCH, get that hammer. I see lockdown T2 people screwing around, lunging, bashing, blowing up everything they see.

Pretty much all of them are fun in some way, allowing for new strategies with existing weapons and armor pieces. I would recommend something different than what you've got- like a leviathan blade, or an alchemer, or haze bombs, to name a few.

You could derp about with the shard bombs, or with irontech destroyer if you like straight up DPS bombs... or you could use vortexes for DPS. Thats always good.
