The wiki is pretty helpful
The wiki is pretty helpful for tracking down incredients. Swordstones come from construct type creatures. You can also buy them with 2 forge sparks from the token vendor. The other tokens are from killing bosses, so you probably won't be able to get them easily.

They should make so I can trade my almerian seals for 5 swordstones each, then I would have something to do with this worthless tokens.

or just buy them for ~300ish in trade chat
