If you have a t2 character, will it be able to equip 3*-5* equipment?
Yes, you can. Any character can equip any gear for any tier. The power of the equipment will not be as high in Tier 2 as in Tier 3, but it will still be better than lower-star gear.
Why wouldn't you? :S
