Now I know y'all have seen threads like this and I'm sure this is probably going to be another boring one, so by all means, do feel free to skip ahead.

I'm losing interest in this game, and have been for the past several months. Recently I got my second tempban for 'spamming' (okay seriously, how does one spam trade chat; go and ban the other merchs; this logic is lost on me) but anyways, I'm going into semi-retirement for the duration. No, you can't have my cr/ce/stuff, I said semi-retirement. I'll still be around come updates and if Njfug ever needs me for Lockdown.

But seriously, OOO needs to revamp their strategy. I've been SK's loyal follower since the Steam release, and even though a lot of well-known merchs quit, I've still tried to find something to hang on to. Now there's relatively nothing. The Lockdown UV market has plummeted both in supply and demand, the promotions are half-[rear end]ed, and the community- oh I'm not even going to start on that. Not to mention these tempbans- I'm not going into detail, but there's circumstances surrounding both incidents that are making me believe that it was, in some way, a setup. If anyone wants a detailed explanation of that I'd be glad to elaborate, but not here where there's so many eyes watching.

Moving on, I'd like to thank a ton of people- there's more than can probably fit in this list- so I'll just put generic names or something and such.

The Jempire- My first guild and home for a year. You guys saw me rise to power as a merchant and as a bombwalker recon, and even though we might not be on such hot terms I'd still like to thank you for that epic game. It's one of the reasons I still value SK just a little bit, enough to consider coming back. I also stole some of your names to put into my novel, so if you ever see it around... haha, sorry!

Echo of Njth- I mean Sausa- I mean... you know- Thanks for being my most recent guild, for all the laughs, the Narwhals, and Milkman removing Njthug from Njthug. It was great being a part of such a wacky crew that complimented my photosynthetic style. I'm going to miss you guys (not really, you'll probably yell at me whenever I log on) and UNCOSUNG START LOGGING ON VOG DARN IT

Iyen/Kmito/Max-Killa/Qgzhwkbnm/My Merching Pals- Thanks for letting me in on all those good deals (more or less) and in other cases letting me steal them from you... haha, just kidding. Thanks for all the memories, from comparing best deal of the day to if we met in Lockdown and waved our cash around. It's gonna be easier for y'all now that I'm not pilfering all the shinies from the AH, but I'll still log on to check every now and then- you can count on it. Oh, and the chapeaus, I hope, will still be mine.

To all the retired players (tom-awsm, danizpsycho, etc.)- You may never read this, but I'm coming after you. It was a great ride up until we stopped playing, and now it's my turn to drop off the face of Cradle, so thanks for the memories and good luck making new ones out there.

If anyone wants to find me they can go to realm of the mad god, or add Xairathan [EoS] on Steam. If I remember anyone I want to shout out to, or if I feel like replying, I'll... do something. Other than that, peace out, and I'll see you next time my whim so tells me to log on.

Every evening I log in thinking I want to do some Arcade floors only to be reminded when I log in that the only things that matter to people are cosmetics, grinding high paying missions (it seems like every time I log in I get at least one invite for Firestorm Citadel even though I tell these people I do not grind to grind and have not for several months), and Lockdown.

I could go on a huge rant whining about everything there is to cry about but people would think that means I am quitting as well. Unfortunately for all of us that is not the case. Myself included.

I am the same as you, I log ingame once in a moon by now, I just loiter the forums... stick around here if you want, I dunno. If only this game got a bit of more real work put onto it, it isn't like people aren't suggesting a lot of things that could make this game much better and expanded (looking upwards)

(How many people are the current staff working in this game?)

And, I played that game for a while. So much fun until a while into pot grinding xP Priests ftw! I should give it a go again some time.

As a fellow merchant got a lot of respect for ya xair. The sk world will miss your price checking knowledge. I stopped playing when the uv market stop yielding profits. It was fun for me to make money but when that died I stopped playing regularly. I always appreciated you helping me, by looking out for me when i was selling the stuff. Always tried to return the favor. Knowing from experience you won't be retired for long. Usually the second time you take a break your done for good. Anyways good luck to you and happy trails friend :).
