Blast Network: Free for all play doesn't start with odd numbered players for some reason. I think there's no reason not to. The minimal players required could be also reduced to 3 for that. Also, I'd really like an option to play it in a fixed top-down view, so certain positions don't give advantages. (spamming from bottom)

Lockdown: There were probably many threads about UVs and trinkets in LD. Removing the ability to use them would make many players upset, who bought them just for LD, but players who don't have them feel like they always lose because the enemy team is using OP equipment. So my solution would be to introduce a new LD mode, where UVs and trinkets doesn't apply. The two modes could work separately and make everyone happy.

....Or we could just make it

....Or we could just make it that UVs can only be maxed out on High in LD

Even though I like the idea, after a year or so being like this, I don't know why it should change at all. I would hate it, I prefer it that way. Just be aware...

It's called extra-work... and the reason to do it are not worth it... Yeah you start with odd numbers, that's free-for-all alright... Doing even number player games would demand a whole re-script of how people join in BN... it would imply so much work for a little change that so little would appreciate.

Heck they don't do anything for LD and there's wayy more people playing it... >.<

I see your point

"Even though I like the idea, after a year or so being like this, I don't know why it should change at all. I would hate it, I prefer it that way. Just be aware... "
That's why I said option. You wouldn't have to use it if you don't want to.
But you are right, too few people play BN, so probably nothing will change. :/

BN is forever left alone *sob*

But what I would hate is people that has the advantage of the field over me. I would have to switch to the optimal way even if I dislike it, hence why I said I would hate it.

But yeah... bottom spam = blind spam

Thinking about this... The maps at first were little and you could see the whole map pretty easily... the new map cause this problem (I think)

- 3 players FFA on BN feels too empty and boring.

Mm...hm...

RE: BN
Similar to what Shamanala said, having the option to switch between the current view and a top-down view of the entire map would present a problem. A top-down view of the entire map would clearly be the better alternative of the current view because it eliminates the blind spots. Most, if not all players would opt for the new top-down view, and players who haven't switched would be at a disadvantage. If the devs were to do anything, they would probably go with one or the other, but not both.

The current view also provides a unique challenge in BN wherein players must remain wary of their surroundings and blind spots. I can't say I'm in favor of a change that would make this kind of survival easier.

BN matches require a minimum of 4 players to start, but in my experience, higher odd numbers like 5 and 7 are also (sometimes) possible. However, the matching system usually splits the numbers into 4 playing and 1 waiting, or 4 playing and 3 waiting, respectively. Also, have you played a match with 3 or fewer people? Like Little-Juances said, it gets pretty boring unless you're all actively dueling in a tight space. 4 as a minimum seems like the optimal number.
