I don't have any weapon or trinket slots. I cannot attain any max UV sets. Can I still perform?

I tried the following and they seemed alright:
Striker:
-Volcanic demo helmet (fire low; curse low)
-Chaos cloak (Shock med; fire low; elemental low)
-Gran Faust (ASI low)
-Venom veiler (CTR med)

Strategy: Run to far away points and start capping with venom veiler out. When enemies come, attempt to gran faust them or otherwise force them into venom veiler. Run to poitns with team mates on them. Spam venom veiler to support the group. Randomly abandon dropping bombs and run up and gran faust them.

Recon:
-Mercurial demo hat(shock med)
-mercurial mail (elemental low)
-Voltaic tempest
-Glacius (CTR med)

Strategy: Spam voltaic tempest charges in the middle of friends fighting enemies. Hit opponents that team mates are fighting with glacius charge spam to deal freeze and support my team. Stealth-cap points sometimes and then drop voltaic tempest/charge spam when approached. Can also finish off enemies that are shocked with glacius.

List other potential loadouts.

Do you want us to use your current gears you have or can we suggest from gears you don't have? It is not clear and if you want use to suggest a new loadout using the gears you have, please list all your 5* gears you have.

Well, I myself enjoy Freeze+charge combo. Freeze source can be either shiver, hail driver or galcius. Shiver would be easiest but skolvers are immune so Hail or Glacius is better I guess. Once you freeze 'em, you go behind 'em and charge a sword (or an alchemer). The sword can be FoV, brandish line or DA. I'd say full chaos for this. It is pretty much similar strategy as your recon one. But this is more like DMG loadout unlike your recon one which seems like a capping loadout.

My 2 weapons only loadout is Black Kat cowl, Vog cub coat and FF+GF/DA. It's just a typical striker loadout without skolver. Dmg Ultra, ASI VH on swords with striker class. And additional MSI low so you could replace GF/DA with WRH.

Well there are lots of other potential loadouts and im not gonna list them all, but those 2 are my 2 weapons-only loadouts that I use often.

For the latter

Perhaps consider swapping your Glacius with an Antigua line. Shocked enemies do not benefit from invincibility frames, and you can exploit VT and deathmarks to really give people a bad day. You lose a lot of utility and self defense without the Glacius, but if you run Recon as support you should be fine. In addition, having a handgun with your recon kit will allow you to shoo away enemies that try to peck at you with their guns.

As for the striker set, effectively going swordsman without heart trinkets is, sadly, unfeasible. Perhaps try a gun loadout of Blaster line/Alchemers.

I just run around in Black

I just run around in Black Kat/Chaos, find a gimmick, and stick with it. Like yesterday I did Cryo freeze and Nova charges, and today I tried shock/freeze and DA charges. Add a toothpick and Polaris, bish, bash, bosh, you got a rage sandwich.

force them into venom veiler
teach me master, I can't force anyone to my bombs.

Cutter works but no phantoms swings also they have a bit normal defense most likely that will further absorb cutter damage.
Become recon and abuse weapon switch guns?
or guardian with poison bomb (make your shield last longer).

If I'm wielding gran faust and I drop a venom veilor into a choke point then fly after them, I create a situation where they must be either poisoned, or hit by gran faust. Most choose the poisoning, and are thus subjected to not being able to kill me as quickly, making the flee. Sometimes if I catch them, I can score a kill.
