Delay. Pretty simple. Being frozen will cause movement speed decrease from 100% to 0% during delay and then target gets frozen.
Delay can be resist-dependant.
For example: -6 gives 0 seconds before freezing while +6 gives 2,5 seconds. That need testing and such.
It will fix:
> Unavoidable deaths from freezing traps (well not really but at least there will be time to choose where to get stuck)
> Triglav charge will not trap players with angry frozen monsters.....if it does. I dont hav Triglav but logically it should be capable of doing so.
Also Glacius will full ride stuff better.
