What's the recommend setup I'm gonna start wit t1 but eventually do all 3

On T1 you can wear anything.If you're lazy, you can use a venom veiler to reveal stalkers and let menders do the dirty work.

Well, first of i would say either Umbra or Sentenza. though personally i prefer Umbra over Sentenza because the dodge gremlins have isn't as bad as it seems, and i'm more of a max dps person. You might want to consider taking a Pollaris or any elemental alchemer for the gun puppies. And with swords Acheron or GF, as mentioned before. Then you can either choose for any elemental sword if constructs are a problem, or a bomb of your liking. for instance Shiver, or any shadow bomb.
Then as Dementia-Praecox said, Vog or Chaos. though grey feather is also an option.

If you have Ancient Plate heated up, it's the best in T1
Just bring appropriate weapons.
From T1 learn how the enemies spawn, it'll be useful in the later tiers for ambushing the spawned enemies.

tl;dr chaos set for max ctr and vh damage bonus, grey owlite for dat defense, along with acheron for the gremlins, combuster for the constructs, polaris for the turrets, and a stat bomb for the ninja gremlins and mortafires. One medium damage bonus trinket and an hp trinket for lulz.

There are several arsenal stations throughout OCH which I make use of.
T3, Chaos +
Swiftsrike:Polaris/Acherron/Blitz
Owlite:Combuster/Acherron/Blitz
Owlite:Polaris/Sentenza/Blitz
Polaris can be swapped for an alchemer, but you'll just be using it for towers which Polaris makes mindlessly easy. Not usually a fan of Sentenza, but its the best weapon for Seerus IMO( after an initial blitz charge, of course).
Since statuses aren't very common there, (depending on how often you get hit) I recommend Chaos if you're feeling brave. If not, Vog is a fine option. For weapons, the most useful ones there are Gran Faust, Acheron, Sentenza, Umbra Driver, and some elemental weapons if you have extra slots, there are some constructs there, but not nearly enough to warrant taking up a weapon slot for if you only have two. For shields, Grey Owlite Shield is probably the best. It's not really that difficult, it's just inconvenient, especially with the mortar gremlins. Those things will back themselves into a corner, making it fairly hard to kill them. I sometimes carry along a shivermist just to make those easier.
TL:DR Elemental armor and shield, shadow weapons.
