This concern raised about buying CE moments before they die is silly, anyway. If it makes people buy CE it's not detrimental to OOO. It's not detrimental to anyone and no "fix" is needed for this "problem".

personaly i dont care what they do i mean, really, the only time im ever afk is when im using the restroom . if ur a person who happens NOT to be soloing then i say 'die' and tell ur party members to rev u as a health bank
