Flying across the battle field, gunning the skolvers with my trolaris, hearing them complaining, blasting my sentenza and valiance sercuring victory for my team...

Oh hi guys, my name is Midnight DJ and I am a 1 bar latency pacific gamer who wanna be a striker gunner in LD (T3). So here is some of my question before I enter the brutal world of T3 LD.

What loadout should I have?
*here is some my weapons:
4*master blaster
4*night hawk(5* sentenza-to-be?)
5*trollaris(yes, i am definately bringing that)
4*strike needle(:/ don't see the point of bringing this)

secondary:
4*silent nightblade(regret not making faust)
5*CIV(again, no point of brining it)
5*shivermist(y freeze?)

Armor available:
5*divine veil
5*shadowsun slicker with med pierce UV
Quick silver set+Valkyrie set ( but don't see any point of brining them )
Volcanic demo set
What other armor should I make?

Shields, well, really doesn't matter in LD isn't it?

I have spectated LD many times, here is some of my personal opinion, criticizim is appreciated:
The thugs in the gangland(LD):
-Skolvers: striker+GF/DA+FinalFlourish
Fast and aggresive, can flank enemies easily, generally wear skolver/snarby/vog set, eliminate with extream prejudice
-Shock gunner:striker+sentenza/AP+valiance+trolaris/alchey line
Annoying, triking along side with skolvers, affecting enemies with trolaris, disorientate opponents with alchey line
-shock camper:recon+ volcanic/bombastic/mercurial set + voltic tempest+DBB
Occupying points with bombs blast, harming who ever enters the range , extreamly resilient, cannot engage up close.
-Tank(?): guardian+GF/DA+plate armor set+heavy hitting gun
Slow but deadly, engage defensively, can regenerate and assisst skolver and gunner in combat, eliminate with extream prejudice

After analyzing the thugs present in LD, I rekon being a striker gunner would be the way to go, reason's are:
1.My combat style in PvE is generally long range combat with polaris, so i have the most training with it
2.With lag, swording is out of the window, the best it can do is give a skolver a head on charge blast with my archeron.
3.Trolaris, well, IT IS A TROLARIS.

Any advice? :3

If you have really bad latency, grab Divine Veil, Shadowsun and start spamming Vali (Master Blaster) charges then run away :). People gets really mad with it.

Since you have lag, don't use the alchemer series. dey gonna kill u

Instead, use blackhawk and valiance. when you shoot, stand still and aim in the general direction of the enemy. shoot 2 times, AA (if it's on) will help you hit the target. make sure they're running at you or else it MIGHT miss.

also, keep trollaris. you don't really need to aim. shoot 2 bullets in the general direction (180 degrees) and boost to evade angry skolvers, spam more, boost, spam, boost, spam, boost. and then feel free to blackhawk spam a shocked person. (DO NOT STAND STILL WHILE SHOOTING TROLLARIS)

As for armors I'd recommend Quicksilver + shadowsun. MSI is really nice. however since you're doing the spamming thing, you might want to get justifier set. justifier set has asivh in total for guns. great for spamming :D get asi medium on your guns, and you have MAX ASI GUNS :DDDDD (and it causes MAJOR rage)

for a secondary weapon, use nightblade (you can combospam a shocked person as well as combo somebody when you're out of boost)
if you can get the hammer, that's even better. the high movement and high damage output is great if you're laggy (I spammed that thing in vog while I had 1 bar. LOL) spam the first 2 hits, striker boost out, spam it again, boost, repeat. (if you're out of boost just do the first 2 hits, wait and do it again.)

I gun with one bar using full shadowsun, umbra driver, biohazard and storm driver. It works pretty well, just gotta learn how to tackle your own latency, aggro others, dodging, aiming among other things.

If you are using a polaris, don't ask for advice. You'll eventually learn how to spam and ruin everyone, no matter who they are. Unless they are 4bar polaris spammers with black kat, shadowsun and asi vhigh.

Valiance with autotarget doesn't really require much skill. Stand still, aim and shoot, then run, repeat. Same goes for Sentenza lines.

Really, if you're not gunning with dual-alchemers and switching them you are missing out on a lot of fun.

One thing to note is that polaris is super effective against guardian shields, if you can hit them, but beware counter spam.

If gunning with alchemers, storm + umbra is all you need for the most basic gunning. Cryo and magma have their own users, and a nova would work well against snarbolax, shadowsun and black kat users.
