Ah, yes, that's entirely wrong. It's dust at level 29 and orb at level 74. Ultimate catalysts are also required at 89, 94 and 99.
That's leveling up from level 29. The preferred food at level 30 is stone.
I'm more concerned with the article implying Seraphinx can't equip advanced and elite crystal/golden harnesses.
