I'm sure anyone in a guild that posesses an Alchemy room will notice that there are two standard alchemy machines within it. Having the second one seems quite redundant to me.
My suggestion is for one of these machines to be replaced by a Sprite Food Alchemy Machine. After all, there's a food machine in Haven's main Plaza, so it shouldn't be detrimental to the games lore to have more outside the lab.

Completely optional would be to include another Stranger/Knight in that room that deals in the Harnesses.
