Basically up till tier 3 I had no problems but once I reached there every one starts spamming bombs like crazy and the screen just disappears. The bombs all have very pretty animations but honestly that hardly makes up for the fact that they have the ability to completely disrupt the game and I would love for an option to turn them off if only on my screen.

Yes, note how that was recorded on a large screen not everyone has that and even with that if you were a sword user you would be having trouble as you only get short glimpses between bomb blast to see where the enemies are. Try rematching that video and actually try to track the enemies. I am not asking for bombs to be removed but just for there to be an option when bomber are being inconsiderate and spamming the crap out of their bombs. Just because some people are ok with their screens being a giant multicolor strobe doesn't mean it should be that way for everyone.

As much as I agree bombs can be distracting, you can't just turn them off.

People who complain about bombers "spamming" obviously are just being idiots. Bombs only have charge attacks, and are relatively weak compared to swords and guns. You'll likely need to use them a lot to actually use them effectively.
Regardless, don't ask for an option to disable bomb effects; ask for one to minimise the effect. Aka, remove screen shake, etc. You're going to want to know what your bomber pal is planning.

I don't mind a way to tone down bomb effects as long as it's only for PvE. My strategy in PvP is basically to attack my opponent's graphics cards directly.
