Supernova also can't inflict shock. It means people will keep bum rushing your bullets rather than wising up, stop over-committing, and backing off. Also, frankly, it's useful on most uberelitists who will likely be packing Shock resist.
I hate this weapon in any place, but banning it is just stupid, sorry.
If you actually want balanced lock down then we need to make it have 3 weapon sets for each shield.
A offensive set, defensive, and specialised.

Polaris is just as dumb and annoying in PvE as it is in PvP! Why do only lockdown players get peace of mind from this aberration of a weapon?

If you ban polaris, you open a gate. Polaris would be gone, but not long after there's another person complaing about FF/GF/BKC/Chaos/...
I don't think that they mean ban it pernemantly just keep it from Lockdown as a way to stop rage and frustration I personally haven't played a Polaris but I can probably imagine whats it like to get unfairly killed by lag but I agree with you that the players worked long and hard to get this weapon and that they have the right to use it if they like

no, all skolver uberelitists use brandishes, and they cause lag with chargespam. why not brandishes too? also they use DA/GF becuase of damage max on swords. chaos users use polaris. if you use skolver with polaris, you are either skilled like crazy or idiot. really, get jelly if you don't want that sword bonus.
