I have been thinking for a while now how to include news guild activities and post it somewhere in game for all guild members to see instead of having to simplify it on the motd or message to every guild member of the guild. I came up with a bulletin board that would serve as a window that would include all guild activities for that week and it would update itself like a calendar but it would only show the activities for that week so as to not confuse the average member of the guild. Only the guild master/officer would be able to edit the bulletin board.

On the bulletin board there would be several notes stuck on the board with tacks and each note represent a subject. Here is how I imagine the board and the notes would look like after align with each subject.

1st note - would look like a sheet of paper that has numbers from 1 to 10. When open, it would have the guild rules for all members to see. The guild master only should be able to edit this portion of the board. The number of rules for the guild can go from 1 to infinite depending on that guild master's preference. Also the guild master would be able to post links on the paper that would either bring the player to the guilds website or the guild own wiki page.

2nd note - would actually look like a yellow note pad. It would include guild events such as pvp meeting or guild clockwork runs with dates on those meets. It would be a reminder where every guild member can go to see what’s up for that week. The guild master or officer can edit this portion of the board. In the editing portion, the guild master/officer can edit the activities for that whole month, but only activities for the week will show up when normal members come to look it up.

3rd note - would look like the spiral Knight Logo as an art design on a piece of paper that has a photo like frame around it, which the guild master/officer would be able to edit into their guild logo. Inside of this portion of the bulletin board, it would include picture art that guild mates want to upload and share with their guild mates. Each picture once uploaded would have to be validated by a game master before being able to go public for the guild to see. The guild master/officer would also be able to edit what picture they want to portray as a guild art which they could then apply that picture to a frame and hang it along the wall for visitors of the guild to see.

4th note - would look like a piece of paper that is cut into the shape of an arrow. On that arrow, the guild master/officer will be able to write the guild's objective for that week from a sentence to a paragraph long. The objective could be: to get to pay the upkeep or to get the money in the treasury to reach to a certain point so that they can buy something or an expansion. This way the guild members can see that they as a group are moving towards an objective and the guilds master's objective can be relayed very easily without having to form meetings every week, send in game emails to every player of the guild or try to shorten the message in the motd.

- Another guild related idea is about the guild furniture that all guilds can buy. Some guild furniture such as the ones in dark rituals in the event of the black cat has certain action that can be performed on them such as summoning a ghost cat or has shiny effects. I was wondering if the developers could spread these actions on all furniture’s that are bought where there could have a small measure of interaction from different ways of laying on the bed to different ways of interacting with a table. The way I was thinking it could work was when the player is already sitting on the chair, laying on the bed or near one of the interact able furniture’s, a wheel would come up similar to the switch weapon wheel in the clockworks that would show the different ways the player could interact with the furniture’s. This idea is only for future updates after the idea I have posted above has been implemented if liked. It does not have to be treated as anything of significant importance.

- Lastly, I had an idea where the guild master or officer could establish guild missions for the guild members. These missions could be edited around some parameters such as; what the difficulty settings the missions should be performed at, how many party members are allowed to join the party, where that mission will take place (arcade or missions) and how many floors must be cleared (In arcade could be from 19 to core, or in missions could be from the starting lobby of vana to the end of the level before boss). The guild master/officer will then get the rewards for the mission from the guild resources or from the guild storage. Guild members that accept the mission will then be sent directly to the mission from the guild hall. These player base missions will be posted on the bulletin board and would appear as a picture of an outline of a knight running.

Side note: The guild Bulletin board should also be customizable where the player can move it where they want to put it around the guild.

This was already suggested.

Hex or Juances will arrive here and link you to a thread with a bunch of Guild Hall suggestions.
