So I've got this new hat... *Rolls on with my magical hat of bottomless stupidity* whats this? *a piece of paper is in the hat* A question on this piece of paper says... "why does our damage come out in numbers but when we take damage it comes out in bars?" Herm I say. Forum tards c'mere and lets discuss this suggestion.

I was recently partying with my guildie today and as I did she managed to slap a curse on a wolver and I just watched as it barked and plopped on the ground by no attack what so ever. He barked again and then he legitly fell on the ground and poofed. All that was left was a pile of dust and a few crowns but I just swept that off the depth. Then my gears started to turn, I says to meself "Deku what would you do if you could see your allies damage as well?" I lol'z and shrugged it off but Deku kept pokin my brain, she said "no seriously what if you could see it and crit damage would have a yellow border, normal damage would have a white border and the pittiful anti crit damage would have a gray border...but the inside would be the color of the player that did the damage :o" Potato (my brain) Said to deku (my alter ego) "Ya know what that doesnt sound half bad....I shall forum this." And so here I am now foruming this forum because I want you guys to yell at me for being such a tard at le moment.

But wait THERES MORE! Ever wonder why in lockdown when we get slapped by fausts, facebooked by flourishes, and rained on by alchemers we bleed out bars... It makes total sense when you're fighting eachother because you see bar, bar of health, bars of health and it totally makes legit sense. But yet when were in le clockworks we see...numbers..................... I dun gets it. But Deku keeps wacking me with deku sticks saying it should be different. What do you guys think? Should we have numbers and a legit HP system that goes off % with NUMBERS instead of bars? I mean its fricken barception up in here with all these bars :U and deku keeps abusing potato because of this . _.

Its offically 3:23 am atm as i type this lets see the war begin! TEST YO MIGHT!

I would like it. It'll never happen, but I would like it.

One problem is that when there are enough numbres flying around, it'll cease to be information and start becoming noise. That's why your allies' numbers are hidden from you.

I wanted to bring out what Draycos said. But another thing to consider is why do we heal with hearts? When we have bars . ___. it just hurts potato when you think about it.

1 heart = 1 bar
This is fairly simple. As for numbers, having number damage dealt to us and a bar-based health bar is confusing, as well as having an all-numbers system - Good luck glancing at your already-badly-placed-hp-bar to get a good glimpse of your health when it's not even grouped into 60ish-hp packets. You would have to read a number, which takes longer. (Really they should go back to grouping the bars in 5s, to make it easier to count.) But, enabling a number readout on top of the existing hp bar along with damage numbers dealt to you as an option would be a nice idea. I would probably use it, to maximize efficiency or something like that.

Somewhere, in some parallel world, this has been done. And in that parallel world, there were four knights. And those four knights each had Bomber Sets on. And each of those knights had CTR Max. And each of those CTR-max wielding knights held a Dark Retribution. And then, the Dark Retributions were released all at once. And then the parallel world ceased to exist because the lag blew up their computers causing a chain reaction to blow up the internet, and as you know, our generation cannot live without internet. The End.

Just screwin around, but I'm sure there are other things that inflict multiple numbers at once too.

41 health per pip, according to Hexzyle. I have it measured at 40-ish, myself.

It's 40, I remeasured. I think the 41 was just a discrepancy with defense rounding or maybe my latency showing multiple hits.
