Most of the wiki editors are experienced players, who either (A) already belong to a guild, or (B) don't want to join a guild. So you're not reaching any recruits here.
To find people for your guild, your thread should be in the Guild Recruitment forum. So please move this thread there (by editing the original post and choosing that forum from the drop-down menu).
