It looks really silly when I'm attacking or backpedaling and my dragon wings decide to lazily stretch out or flap around.
...and it's visually obnoxious in battle, when visual cues are key.
When moving, make animated wings behave differently

I'd prefer to Klipik's suggestion. I like the animation, it sets them apart from gen 1 wings in that they actually move, but it would be better if their movement had purpose.

Well, what if it's something you could go to Bechamel to adjust for free? You take the armor with wings attached to him, and you could change what animations it uses.
