I was unable to get any Radiants at D28 recently. Is it just my luck or Three Coins nerfed them again?

Obviously just your luck. Don't make a thread without enough data, please. If you had done this 25 times and you had gotten no crystals, THEN that might be enough data.
But no, they haven't nerfed the super nerfed drop-rates.

It's been the same for about 1.5 months now. 50% chance for radiants on D28 (and ~5-10% chance on D27).
How many boxes did you open on D28?
What color were the boxes?
If it was Vanaduke's boss level, the answer is 12 red.
My most recent data shows red boxes have a 25% chance for dropping any fire crystal. On average per vana run, people should be getting 9 fire crystals - 3-6 of which are radiant.
