Got all the way to Tier 2 Terminal to find 3 4 star recipes I needed to buy. I was ecstatic...but Basil had 0 inventory of every item in the list. Now that's lame! I don't know if this is a bug or what, but I wasn't happy.

Anyways, I joined a party at about lvl 11 or 12 and then they all went AFK at lvl 12, so I hit "go solo." and went on myself. I don't know if that had anything to do with it...but VERY unfair.

You are required to complete at least one whole level prior to the Terminal to be able to buy any recipes over 1*.

From what I've seen (not sure if this is a bug), you actually have to complete two whole depths before Basil.

For example:

I joined at Depth 11, completed all of Depth 12, and Basil has 0 stock.

I joined at Depth 10, completed all of Depth 11 and Depth 12, and Basil is selling stuff.

I started a group and made it to basil at Depth 13.... he only had up to 2 star recipes... i was quite disappointed
