I'm sure all the SK wants to know about this but
How is SKs business going.

POINTS:
*the money problems?
*complains?
*technical problems?

We need to know plz

I've recently had 2 games close down on me... :(

And I think it would be great if all the great members out there know how sk is doing...

And good luck with business

PS: i've spent at least more than 100 dollars on SK (UGC payment)! So thats one reason i'm desperate to know if
u guys are having a bad time

Well the guy has spent $100, I know if I spent that much on something I would ask for a warranty or some form of insurance. He has every right to ask. Whether he gets an answer that's not our problem, is it.

He used the money to buy ingame stuff, not for investment. It's not the same thing.

Also what does UGC mean? Google gives nothing relevant.

I also would LOVE to know what their last results were, for q1 especially. I checked out Sega's financial reports, but couldn't find OOO in the breakdown. That said, i'm not exactly a stock whiz, and what I found was a breakdown, not the actual reports. However, what I did gather is that SEGA posted a rather hefty profit for q3 last year, and I don't see a reason it would plummet unexpectedly.

UGC are the Ultimate Game Cards, SK doesn't take them directly but I think Kongregate does.

You're right, megawatt. By right, it is disclaimed that buying any product in the game is not warranted and OOO is not compliant to any actions OOO does, and that OOO has all the rights to make any decisions, including the decision to remove your energy. It is stated in the Terms and Conditions.

So no, the average paying customer has as much rights as a non-paying customer.
