Right now, the HoH requires that you must have:
2* equipment(Rank 4-1)
3* equipment(R 5-2)
4* equipment(R 6-2)
and 5* equipment(R 8-2)

But what about that?:
To have certification in HoH, you must have:
2* equipment(Rank 4-1)
3* or lv10 2* equipment(R 5-2)
4* equipment(R 6-2)
and 5* or lv10 4* equipment(R 8-2)

A lv10 2* weapons are more stronger than a lv1 3* (the same between lv10 4* and lv1 5*) on terms of damage.
A lv10 2* gears are equal to lv1 3* (the same between lv10 4* and lv1 5*) on terms of defense.
So, theorically, you are able to deal with you'll face ahead.

And, for example, on Rank 8-2, you can complete HoH with a mix of 5* and lv10 4* equipment.

If you hate it, I will understand. I'm learning to have better ideas, reasonable ideas. So... share your knowledge.

Do you think I want to see 2* knights in RT? Do you think I see 3* players beating the Toxilargo? Do you think I want 1*s dying at the Royal Jelly Palaces and begging for revives?

I think you don't get it right.
The HoH after Snarbolax will continue to require 2* set and not will accept lv10 1* set. Will stay the same.
The HoH after Roarmolous Twins will continue to require 4* set and not will accept lv10 3* set. Will stay the same.
The things change just for the HoH on the same level of RJP and Rooting Metropolis.

Maybe you will find full-heated 2* Knights on RT. They are able to be more powerful than a lv1 3* set. Anyway, they receive advanced orbs before. They certainly have at least two things on 3*.

I like this idea of shortcut yes I do!

Well if your up to it you can complete just about anything with low starred stuff (just takes longer). Only probem is if healers heal healers

wow... pure meritocracy

This is, respectfully talking, the worst, dumbest, more silly idea for dummies I've ever heard... Even OOO can't find words to say how dumb it is..

@Straight-Line
Thanks for supporting.

@Gabrihel
Do you got it wrong?
Because, it already happened one time. Maybe I'm not being clear...

It is all about the economics.

Well, one issue I see with this is that the Hall of Heroes is basically a pay-wall, since chances are you aren't gonna have the funding or orbs for everything you need once you get to the later ones (unless you have REALLY been on a collection spree). The way it is now, it is sort of a "pay now or start grinding" system. By making a way to bypass some Hall of Heroes requirements, it creates a hole in the pay-wall, especially at 5-star. Theoretically, this would be harmful to OOO's profits, so something else might need to take that spot if said bypasses were implemented (forge replaced mist system, after all), assuming OOO makes a decent chunk of change there. Not to mention Energy pays for the orbs needed to continue (let's face it, how many people have the patience to find every orb when they are going to generate the funding to buy them first), which will be purchased by someone with real currency (exactly who is irrelevant to a degree, although the target would be to convince those who are stuck to buy energy especially, generating further profit than otherwise). Not to mention energy payed to the supply depot is basically removed from the economy, so more has to be fed in somehow. Namely, through actual currency.

It was a pretty explicative wall of text. I'll think better after suggesting next time. If I come with something, I'll post it here.
