DISCLAIMER: Most of these suggestions are not original to me. I take no credit for them.

-Each level of MSI reduces dash cooldown by 1 second.

-Some (new?) shields deal a small amount of damage when bumping or being hit.

-Allow bashes to be performed whenever more than 50% shield health is present. Offer protection during the bash.

-Replace the Backfire Barrier's 3 seconds of high speed + 5 seconds normal speed with 8 seconds of MSI Max.

-Swap the combos of the Flourish's standard & charge attack patterns. Modify the BTB accordingly.

-For Lockdown, make the Striker boost have to recharge at the same rate as the Recon Cloak or Guardian Shield.

-For Lockdown, calculate any UV defense values after considering the base defense (100 in T3 LD).

-For Lockdown, set the base defense lower (maybe to Chaos values in T3) so matching defense types becomes a useful consideration.

-For Lockdown, shorten invincibility frames so faster weapons can be effective (without letting, say, Blitz, get OP).

-For Lockdown, remove footprints.

-For Lockdown, reduce the damage dealt by all weapons (to slow the pace a bit, and balance with the above).

Reduce each dash time by 1?

According to Dibs, we can get +15 MSI with everything, from orbs to armor, combined. Where the hell would the other 7 seconds go.

Mercurial [Demo] Helm/BKC (1) = +1
+
Mercurial [Demo] Body (1) = +2
+
MSI Med Perk (2) = +4
+
Backfire Barrier (6?) = +10
+
Speed Orb (5) = +15

And yes, they stack.

As someone who has +4 MSI on a regular basis, I'd +1 every two levels of MSI subtracting 1 second.

The other 7 seconds would obviously create a temporal flux that gives the user infinite Prismatic Bolted Vees. Not that they probably don't already have a bunch.

You'd pretty much dash infinitely. And then I'd regret getting Scorching Barrier instead of Backfire. And then I'd be sad. I don't want to be sad.

Not to worry! Three Rings has you covered. You only need MSI +4 and a Speed Orb to get +9, enough to dash infinitely! Isn't stacking past the limit just amazing?

You know, there's more Tiers than just Tier 3. Get a Swift Flourish and a Sealed Sword and go to T2 for a change.
