Modify LD defend system

Basically, make the box for defends larger. A good defender will not defend on the capture point, but around it. Hence, I propose the defends be based on the number of players killed while the killer was within the area. By area, well, think of the Mines map and how there's basically a box around 1 and 3. Or Forest where each cp is given a surrounding area and then corridors. The area would be a larger box around the cp. Perhaps the best example is Necropolis cp 3 with the gates and walls surrounding.

+1 I think the current system is that you have to kill the opponent on a capture point which still has your team colour.

I think a good area for defends is probably the area enclosed by the "lights" near a point. I'm not sure what the purpose of those lights are (originally, I thought they were there to mark visibility ranges, but I've long since been disproved on that), but you know, they change colors when a point's status changes (between team1-neutral-team2 colors).

Kills around that area should count just as well as kills directly on the capture points when dealing with defends.

Defends are currently incredibly vague, so more leniency on how to obtain them would result in some more satisfying results.
