We all had a lot to say about PvP and how it could be better.
Above is the link to a SK survey, make sure to voice your concerns and opinions about PvP there.

And please please, don't go "urrr hurrr AT is bad and UVs are for noobs".

Ask them for customizable lobbies where the lobby leader can decide what is allowed and what not.
That way we can at least appear civil.

Edit: Seiran sniped me.

It's all about hitting where they'll go before they get there.

Lobbies (even if they're unranked) are one of the better ideas to implement for any coliseum (BN/Lockdown) cause then players can finally play with people they want to play with.

Players can deal AT/UV issues among themselves by coming to agreements before starting games.

If a room won't be balanced because of x players, they can leave before the game starts or switch/balance teams instead of making it worse for everyone by leaving mid-game.

The only 'bad' thing is the whole deal with people farming points, which is an issue for the ranking system, but Ranking is irrelevant to the main gameplay.

Well

I just said I wanted to see "more developed PvP".
I have faith the developers won't do something stupid. We just have to motivate them to go in that direction.

@Dottir

That was said assuming game lobbies existed. You know, like a screen where people choose teams, have a chat room and hit 'ready'.

Not that it's a simple thing to implement, but it's fairly standard for a lot of online games (things like Bomberman online/gunbound/dragon nest come to mind).

Yay! Quizzes! Did mine. c:

Btw, in these lobbies will you be able to invite people to play in that specific match and select the map as well? Explain please.

I asked for...

Lobbies just for guild members. Just to have good LD with the guildies, no randoms. Also, please let us spectate recons when they go invisi. I gotta see how Tenkii does his master moving. Cuz, you know, I suck.

Great and all but do remember that SK does not stay afloat because of PvP, nor is it awfully popular. You'll seldom find more than max three games of LD going on during non-peak hours.

That always makes me wonder whether we should expect anything for PvP anymore, actually.

On one hand, why would they put focus on a part of the game that a small percentage of players take part in?

On the other hand, if there's a chance that it can cause growth/retention/have potential for premium use, then it might be worth spending time to do things there.

Yes Krakob, but if there's no investment it can never be more either.
This is the coliseum, were people do care, so I ask them to make their voices be heard.

Also: The UV market is highly connected with LD, and is worth a lot

Feyi, you're right by all means. I just want people to vote for what they think would benefit the game as a whole the most, not what they personally want the most. I guess I might just be someone who cares more about the game than my experience with it, though. Each to their own.
