I have an idea that since we have a guild hall Our knights should have our very warm home and we could decorate it whenever and whatever we want it to be and the furniture will cost like 10000 Crowns but you can buy a home for 500 crowns and as we do it in reality we pay like rent money that will be 1000 crowns. Once you Buy a Home It will Take 10 Minutes to make it and then if your in a mission or somewhere a mail will pop up that your home is Finish and once it is Finish you will receive 1 Bed, 2 Lamps, 2 Tables(a long one and a little on), 2 Chairs, 2 Couches and one Welcome door mat, and once you get them they're will be a Furniture Shop in the Bazaar and you can buy Furniture there. There is one more thing you can Upgrade your home any time but it will cost 5000 crowns (For ex: once you upgrade once you can have a alchemy station so you can craft in your very warm home, and once you upgrade and get an alchemy station you wont get any items but will expand your home and will get more rooms in your home(like a training room and etc). Well thats all I can say, hope you can aprove of my idea
basically a guild hall but for yourself. guild halls have the functions you describe. you only have to share them. you could like, make a guild yourself (but seeing the initial price for your idea I get that you don't have that kind of money) or contribute to your guild so that you can actually get a room. because living with others is way more fun that living alone.
