Just wondering, is there a max on equipment stats? ie. I heard that items that are full in one stat (visually) cannot be improved more with UVs etc.

Example, I have a striker with attack speed bonus: low, is this useful to me?

So im wondering what recipes are considered rare?
For instance, i think the wolver coat/hat recipes are rare right? i see them selling for a bunch of crowns once in awhile, and i've yet to see them in a clockworks shop (just starting doing tier2 runs).
Basically i just bought a Dusker coat recipe (5500 crowns) and i dunno if its rare or not. i knew the wolver one was pretty rare, so i picked it up on impulse. hopefully i didn't just waste a bunch of crowns, but anyway.

This is really confusing and it looks like an obvious feature. Any way for us to do it?

I have a bound hat. But he has the upgraded recipe version of the hat. Is there any way for him to make it for me with my hat even though it's bound?

Is there some info on mat prices listed somewhere? I realize these things change pretty often but I'd like to have SOME idea what to offer people if I'd like to buy or sell certain mats. I'm pretty new so I have literally no idea what things are worth.

I was in Tier 1 when I picked up some stuff including a Swordstone. I got pretty happy, cleared the floor, went back up to Haven through the elevator, and I didn't have it. I thought everyone on a floor receives materials that one person picks up. Am I wrong? Sorry for being so new.

Can anyone tell me what exactly my chances are of say poisoning someone with a Vile Striker?

What about the Chance of igniting something with Flame Vaporizer?

How about how long/how much damage those aliments last for/Deal?

Basically can anyone quantify all the Slight, Moderate, Good, Minor, Strong, Low, Medium, High (+anything i have yet to see like say very high or ultra or very low)?

I'll answer part of my own question,

Vile Striker - 3-5% chance to poison an enemy, lasts 13-15 seconds.

I have been looking up recipes for equipment I would like to craft and on the wiki a few things (the jelly helm and shield in particular) didn't have a vendor listed that sells the recipe only the item its self. And when I looked up a list of items that you cannot craft neither of these were listed.

So basically I am asking that if you cannot buy the recipe but it isn't on the uncraftable list how do you craft these items? Does this mean you have to go to the vendor you meet at the terminal? Or is it possible to find them as a drop on a floor?

Is /1 Haven chat cross-server, or only seen in that particular Haven instance?
