The idea is simple:
You look up a weapon you want in the wiki and if I have a recipe learned, I can craft it for you. The price is materials + energy needed for work. If a unique variant is made that I'm interested in, I'll keep it and make you another weapon. Chance of making a highly-desired unique variant item is very low so you're not losing much (and you still get a chance to craft something when you go for 4-star item or 5-star item!)
Note that a 4-star weapon requires a level 5 3-star weapon for upgrade. Basically, only you can craft it since bound weapon is not trade-able.
