So, today I came back at the game after a long time. After revisiting heaven, I tried to remember what was it that made me quit the game in the first place. What I had to do to remember? Why, play a single level of course!

The game still needs better/new servers.( Not only for new regions like australia, but even the old ones need work, specifically the European server. Ireland is a bad place to cover the entirety of Europe because a lot of southern countries have problems, IMHO Germany or a country located closer to the center of Europe would be a lot better).

A lot of players including me, have problems related to lag and ping, rubber banding, teleporting projectiles, being hit by things far away, slow reactions etc. And all that is related to terrible netcode and bad servers.
And a fair amount of players leave the game because of this, and even for those who stay, this makes an extremely unpleasant experience.

I don't know what you can do, but my 2cents are that better/new servers are better than new updates and that is what OOO's priority should be, what's the point of having an entire update if you can't enjoy it?

I live in Poland, centre of Europe and I can say that recently the servers was OK, but then the event come as well the lag spikes, moonwalks and horrible packet losts.

I do go on Asian servers sometimes BUT

Asian Server= whole new account (Restart character and I'm not motivated to rank my knight up :/)
Asian Server= Ghost Town, even with the few chinese players. (its not fun playing by yourself or chinese people you cant even understand)
Asian Server= 2 bars (not bad i guess)

Either way has its disadvantages. But I will wait for that impossible day to come. :)
So I'd rather play on the main servers with friends and my main account for now thanks. :)
I will survive. Maybe not much longer. D:

Speedtest page is down for me, I will upload the results when It gets back up.

EDIT:

The servers are still bad, my interwebs are not a problem in this case nor have they ever been for any other game other than SK.

DOUBLEDIT: I was downloading stuff from steam. I am such an idiot, the real result is coming.

No, the first one is F+ when I was downloading stuff from steam and the second one is B- which is my actual ping.

"F+" and "B-" are not pings. If you'd like a deeper understanding of what you're complaining about, feel free to research "ping" and "latency".

Honestly, I didn't quite get what you meant. Your speed seemed entirely fine for a game in both of the tests so I figured the problem was the ping.

Anyway, I don't think a small speed test like that is a good way to measure stability. Does your connection and speed remain stable during bigger downloads?

My point is, that despite players having stable and good connections, the servers behave like they are powered by potatoes with terrible netcode (the servers not the potatoes).

And yes, despite having bad ping with big download I don't have jitter.

yess... sk using potato server~
i have stable connection and can get green bar connection in other game while in sk only 1 red bar
not only me.. 60% of my friend have red bar connection too, but what can we do other than upgrade our connection? ooo not listen to us --a

they can get more money and people if they just upgrade this creepy server and promote new trailer in most mmo gaming website~
