These loadouts are the ones that either I wish to have, or actually have, that I have seen to significantly affect the mobs of which the loadout is based towards. I will have examples of the loadout with 0, 1, and 2 extra weapon slots, and 0, 1, and 2 trinket slots (based on the order of the weapons and the trinkets)

Deadly Virulisk is better for slimes.

You beast set has a useless trinket as the armor and shield already give the max buff.

Obsidian edge should be used over the Acheron on all floors but poison themed due to the numerous effects of poison.
Weakened enemy attacks
Lowered enemy defenses
Reversal to all healing factors

FYI I probably wouldn't use these sets since I enjoy being quite status tanky.

almost no bombs?!

Am I right that you list only one bomb (Electron Vortex)? I would put Dark Briar Barrage into my ideal fiend loadout and my ideal beast loadout, both for intermediate players and for experts.

Since you've already used Black Kat Cowl, you're going to get people suggesting full Black Kat gear. Since you don't list any status threats, they don't even need to state UVs. But you're going to get people putting CTR+4 and ASI+4 onto their weapons. Maybe you should clarify the rules of this game.

Some Suggestions for the Updated List

Slime

Why the Sentenza? Out of good alternatives like the Phantamos or the Winter Grave, you choose the Sentenza? The Phantamos would dish out better damage than the Sentenza with fewer clicks as well, saving you time to shield. The Winter Grave (if fully heated and/or supplemented with Handgun Damage Bonus) would flinch most Slimes, including the annoying Polyps.

I suggest changing the Sentenza out for either the Phantamos or the Winter Grave.

Fiend

I have noticed that you have invested in Handgun Buffs with your Trinkets. If anything, I agree on your decision to fight Fiends from afar, and suggest an alternative Loadout:

Set: Sacred Shade Hex Armor
Shield: Dread Skelly Shield

Weapon I: Callahan
Weapon II: Another Callahan (with different UV)
or
Weapon I: Callahan
Weapon II: Blitz Needle
Weapon III: Gilded Griffon
Weapon IV: Supernova

Trinket I: Elite Quickdraw Module
Trinket II: Elite Trueshot Module
Sprite Perk: Trueshot II

The First Weapon Set is meant for what I call "Dualing", and is meant for stunlocking Fiends. The next set is a general Gunslinger set for Fiend levels if you are not too proficient with Magnus.

Beast

I suggest trading out the Riftlocker with a Callahan, as the latter can flinch Wolvers and Chromalisks. Wolvers can dodge Blaster shots, so Riftlocker would have to shoot extra bullets to hit a Wolver.

Additionally, it is worth noting that the Acheron deals more damage to Beasts than the Final Flourish itself. If you plan to go for damage, I suggest the Acheron.

Construct

I have noticed that you equipped another Sword Focus Module. If you are planning to use Brandish charges for damage instead of Status, I would recommend having a Boltbrand instead. Otherwise, if you intend on having your Five Stars fully heated (if you do not already), then drop the Sword Focus Module and switch it for an Elite Quickstrike or Elite Slash Module instead.

Additionally, I would discourage the Polaris as your Handgun. If you are using it for general knockback, I would suggest the Wildfire instead, which also deals more DPS as Fire deals higher damage than Shock. If you are shooting for damage, I would suggest the Iron Slug, since you have CTR VH (or Max if you intend to heat it).

@Rhons

I have done a mission with you before, and I understand that you are definitely a gunner. (Odds are I have confused you with someone else, but I'm 90% sure this is you) Therefore, you have more knowledge about guns than I would.

I'm not trying to argue with you, but Polaris does do more damage than Wildfire without the status effect, and shock is a great thing to affect constructs with. It will stop their attacks (periodically) and it does damage. Fire, on the other hand, only does damage. Also, preventing enemy attacks is a good chance to go in with a strong charge from a brandish or an alchemer.

As for fiend, I wouldn't do all guns, because Final Flourish is a quick way to stop fiend attacks when up close, and Hail Driver and/or Shivermist Buster/Voltaic Tempest/Stagger Storm will make it easier to target the fiends (They're vulnerable! ATTACK!) And Riftlocker can do good damage without having to get too close to the devilites. As for Blitz Needle, stopping to attack a devilite while shooting means its friends will come up and attack you. An especially good example, is the first depth of the level "The Gauntlet", where getting hit by a devilite means shock, which means more devilites come up to attack you.

For Beasts, I agree with the the Riftlocker-to-Callahan swap. Also, in the original loadout list it has Acheron, but when I adjusted the loadouts, I must have switched Acheron with Gran Faust.

And lastly, I chose Sentenza solely because of its speed and ability to quickly switch between targets. If you don't believe me, watch this: LINK!

Thank you for your advice, Rhons

Back at Cha, Bud

I cannot say that we have ever encountered each other (there is a possibility of Lockdown, though), but I can always make acquaintances. I will continue this as a "debate" instead of "argument". You know, politics.

I recommended the Wildfire as its damage is not only stronger than the Shock of the Polaris and it allows for continuous knockback. However, if your playing-style is mostly Charges, then I understand your preference for the Polaris.

For Fiends, I believe each player develops their own strategies for handling them, as they are an Elite class. I focused solely on Gunslinging after Tier Two Lockdown died, and from lots of experience Gunslinging. I just want to emphasize the abilities of the Riftlocker and Alchemers against Devilites, since they are too slow to fire from afar without excessive firing. If you play close-range, then by all means, try your best. (By the way, I can play through the first level of the Gauntlet with Dual Strike Needles, if that means anything).

For Sentenza, I guess I can agree with the Antigua line's speed.

I thank you for your response. If anything else, I would say that is an adequate loadout for most occasions. Just remember that monster families are mixed.

About sentenza

Why use a Sentenze when you can use the Obsidian Carbine? They deal identical damage the Carbine just switches out the gremlin bonus for poison chance.

Also as I said before, Virulisk is superior to Skolver when fighting Jellies. Why have Sword damage very high when you can have Slime damage Very High (not just for swords but for all weapons)?
