Just got booted with a "failed to connect to the server" message, but there was no update warning message - did the server suddenly poof?

I bet some problem was found that required immediate fixing, hence the patch a day early with no warning booting us from our boss run right before we got the loot after we did all the work.

Seems like they issued an update without any notes or in-game warning? I'd guess either a mistaken in missing to let the players know or, since it's not wednesday, something very critical had to be fixed.

I have to say, those are some very ugly re skins, I think those people dig it for the feathers are now going to be pissed. Fix one mistake, creating ten more in the process *typical OOO* .

This fix was quite necessary. OOO seems to be taking care of this mistake in relation to "I bought this because I thought it was X (having had the blessings of RNG grace me or traded another player) and now it's not what I intended to have paid for" very well. Now, whether or not the item itself - unrelated to player inventory - is better or worse, that's just opinion, not more mistakes.
I personally don't know anyone who was in a shadow lair. Just crossed my mind! But if a friend complains later, I certainly will let them know.

Yeah so, funny thing, it may seem like I'm coming on the forums because my current workload is dreadfully small, but what I was totally doing was walking over to the the boxes after fighting darkfire vanaduke. Yeah, that sounds about right. Yup. Totally was logged in doing that. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

I was doing the heart of ice mission and had spent 10 sparks to rev myself and was about to fight boss when the random no connection to server happened. And i thought it was my fault thinking my internet disconnected, and now found out it was a surprise update. ARGHHHH, sigh.....Just my luck i guess.

Likely not because that's been a problem since shield bash was added.
Royal minis are just weird in how they work, they aren't affected by dark retribution orbs either.
I think it was supposed to be a patch, I got kicked too but didn't get a warning.
Now I'm updating.....
