How do I unlock mission rank 7-3

Hi I just got back to this game after a long period of years.
I noticed new missions available which are locked to me at the highest tier.
rank 7-3 locked to me

My question is how do I unlock the first mission within that series of missions for rank 7-3?
I had already completed all missions in rank 7-2:

Nowhere do I see what requirements I need to complete to start on rank 7-3. Someone please help me, tell me how do I unlock rank 7-3 missions please.

Thank you! I hadn't noticed or realized I did not complete those previous missions. Now I know the shield logo represents completion, thanks! Will try this out later!

According to the second picture, you have completed the fourth mission in 7-2, but not the other three. They should all have little shield logos on them.
