If there is something i was always successful at in RPG games or any other games with an trading system and a somewhat '' economy '', was to use it to make nice profits and get rare items. Howhever, if there is something i learnt is that before you get into the big deals, you have to begin somewhere low...

So, does anyone know anything tradeable that can be accessable by very new people... That still has people looking to buy it every once in a while?

I may not be the best person to answer this, but...

- Buying Basil-only recipes in the arcade and reselling them at a higher value on the Auction House (AH). All it requires is some knowledge about what recipes are sought after. You can start with 3 and 4 star recipes in Stratum 2.

- Buying rarities in the Supply Depot and selling them for a higher price on the AH. I've never done this so I'm not sure how lucrative this is, but I see a lot of rarities in the AH so people must be making some money. Someone experienced may need to explain this more before I would feel comfortable actually doing this, though.

- Crafting 2 star gear for good UV's and selling them. You have to get lucky to get anything worthwhile, but if you get a CTR/ASI medium+ on a brandish or autogun you will be making some good cr. This method is pretty risky as good UV's are rare, so only do this if you are feeling lucky.

- Buying and reselling accessories on the AH. This requires a lot of knowledge about what accessories are worth and how demanded they are - knowledge that I don't have and that is constantly changing - but it apparently doesn't take a huge amount of cr get started. I remember watching a video on youtube a long time ago that described how to get started with this which is where I got all of my information from, so you might want to check it out if you're interested in finding more information. I'll link the video if I find it.

As a beginner, I would start with recipe selling. It's the most consistent way to make cr, as if you buy the right recipes you're guaranteed to make a profit.

So what are the right recipes?
Anything in the - Snarble Barb, Sealed Sword, Tundrus, Pierce/Elemental Blaster, Pulsar (not heavy), Dark Chaingun, Antigua, Bristling Buckler - lines, in addition to Crest of Almire, Firefly/Falcon Shade/Sentinel armors that give a universal gun damage bonus.
In my experience, the most lucrative recipes by FAR are Crest of Almire, Dark Chaingun line, Pierce/Elemental Blaster line, and 5* of all of the above recipe lines (except for the gunner armors most of the time), and the recipes that swing the most in demand are Avenger/Faust, Snarble Barb/Bristling Buckler lines, and Pulsar lines.
There are no bomb recipes that are always in demand in my experience, however Dark Briar Barrage and Voltaic Tempest tend to be in demand the most often.

1. Basil-only recipes are the way to go for newer players.

2. People buy rarities off Auction House when they don't wanna buy a pack of 3 off the Supply Depot when all they need is 1-2 orbs or a few Sparks of Life, Fire Crystals, however, almost never sell I think.

3. Some gear is more demanded than others. Focus on the cheap event gear like the Kat hoods or the Torto guns or shields, if you're good at Lockdown you can buy the recipes with your Krogmo Coins and craft and sell some of these kinda-hard-to-get items to players who don't like playing lockdown or blast network, you can also sell Enamorocks and Mod Calibrators. Some other gear that are not-so-hard-to-get sell good like the gear that need Zee Cores to craft. Most of the gear I mentioned sell well even without a unique variant on them.

4. Look at Legobuild's price-check tool. It'll help a lot.

I agree with you; recipe-selling is the easiest and considering Azuresh's rank is the most lucrative. Running tier-2 Arcade is actually underrated; because almost nobody runs tier-2 Arcade, 3-star recipes are reatively expensive, they can even reach prices as high as 8,000-10,000 crowns. I'd also suggest crafting and selling sprite food, so when going on your Arcade runs make sure to pick the biggest red/yellow/purple crystal you can find, and remember; you can always trade your unwanted sprite food for your one of choice, here 2 players win not just you.

@Azuresh

If you're going with the things that Tapproot or myself mentioned, just make sure not to ruin the market, for example; if you see Advanced Orbs of Alchemy sell for 7,000 crowns on the Auction House don't go and put yours up for 6,999 as when people see that, they'll begin to lower the price and evantually everyone loses, especially the guys who put theirs first, as theirs will never sell unless all of the lower prices sell first so in this case they lose the fee they'd paid to put their stuff on the Auction House. Same goes for using the market tab in the Supply Depot to trade energy/crowns.

I highly recommend Tier 2 recipe runs. More specifically, 3* recipes. Certain 3* recipes, which cost only 4,000cr as Basil, can be sold for as high as 12,000cr on the Auction House. Off the top of my head, the big money makers are...

- Twisted Snarble Barb
- Twisted Targe
- Kilowatt Pulsar
- Flaming Pulsar
- Dark Chaingun

Those are going to be the big money makers. Other reliable money makers that often go for ~8,000cr to 10,000cr
- Elemental Blaster
- Pierce Blaster
- Shadow Blaster
- Toxic Catalyzer
- Freezing Pulsar
- Tundrus
- Twisted Spine Cone
- Lightning Capacitor

I find most 4* recipes don't have the same profit margin, at best selling for like 14,000cr (while costing 10,000cr at Basil). 5* recipes don't have the same insane profit margins at 3* recipes, but you can still get a lot of crowns out of it. For example, a Grim Repeater Recipe can go for as high as 40,000cr (while costing 25,000cr at Basil).

Also... this might help if you want to get really into merch... I find the site undervalues a lot of things, but it's good for a ballpark estimate.

Ok. Thanks.

And uhh ^^ with " tier 2 recipe runs " what do you mean exactly? Sorry, i didnt have much time to play the game so far. Its it the " tiers " of the different elevators in the Arcade right? Or is it something else?

At Depth 4, 13, and 23 in the arcade, you'll find a Clockwork Terminal. There, you'll find a stranger named Basil, who sells a random assortment of recipes. Depending on the depth, you'll get recipes of different star level.

At Depth 13 (Tier 2), you'll find 2*, 3* and 4* recipes. 3* recipes are VERY good for reselling. Just make sure you join the run at Depth 11, else you wont get access to the recipes that Basil sells. This is to prevent someone from just camping out on the floor just before the clockwork terminal, and inviting people, only for them to go solo, go down a floor, get another set of Basil recipes for sale, repeat.
