I have over 600 hours on spiral knights and never once have I seen this, I got THREE advanced orbs of alchemy FROM 1 NORMAL TREASURE BOX! Has anyone else ever seen this, or knows the chance of that happening? I have seen love puppies more than I have seen something like this!

That depends on difficulty
You can get Alchemy Orbs, but the chances do vary on your travels' difficulty settings. The tougher they are, the better the chances.

I've seen orbs and fire crystals "triple" in their drop. I have not seen sparks triple.
To my knowledge I'm the only one who's attempted to even find the base rarity drop chance from boxes. I don't think I've noted triple rarity drops as different (counted as 3 instead of 1, but no special note). It's super rare, probably around the same frequency that I see rare monsters.

The best drop I got from a box is a 3* owlite shield, which is pretty much 3 advanced orbs.
Yes, you can rarely get 3 orbs or 9 crystals from 1 box. I don't know if the same applies for sparks of life, though.
