At start I will say my CPU got minimum requirements for playing game , Java is updated, drivers are updated and i got updated Windows XP.

Whats going on? I have got still the same problem. Whenever I want to download game I am getting same message: "Download 0% complete. Unexcepted end of file from server..."[bla bla]. I cant get to the game. My friend can do it easy, without any problems. I don't know why, I can't download game. Anyone can help me? Even direct link for download doesn't help.
Once my friend downloaded game for me, packed it and send me. It was working untill first update [1 day or less]. Then when I had to download updates and I meet the same bug: Download 0% complete. Unexcepted end of file from server... And next one somewhere in files "The digest file is invalid".

And next question: WHERE IS SUPPORT !!! I still cant even get their e-mail for support. Their support page is blocked. So? How to message creators of game? Aren't they interested in repairing own game?

It looks fine when I click on it. The padlocks mean that you need to be logged in to use. Have you tried logging in on the main Spiral Knights site, then clicking the support link next to MY ACCOUNT?
If the page is blank, you might have disabled Javascript, and you will need to enable it again for the page to load correctly.

If you're still getting a

If you're still getting a whitescreen on the support try clearing your browser's cache. There was something odd going on a while back that can sometimes persist in the browser's settings.

And I see 4 boxes with 4 kinds of helps:Account support, Billing Support, In-game support, Technical support.
And at bottom is "CONTACT US" button. So i click on it and i am going to site: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
Which is totally blank. Just white page.
Any ideas?
Ah And i tried each form of those 4 support conntacts and pages are white too.

That page (and similar ones)

That page (and similar ones) require Javascript so there are a few things you could check:

- Make sure it's enabled in your browser
- Check your anti-virus software settings. A number of them actually block javascript stuff from loading.

I am using Avast antivir and believe me it doesnt block it.

For Chrome, click the wrench

For Chrome, click the wrench and choose options. Click 'under the hood' on the left and then the 'content settings' button. Choose 'Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)', or set up an exception for the support page.

The wrench changes nothing

Dear Spiralknights support team,
I cleared the cache in my browser, I also checked that JavaScript is allowed. To be sure at this time about that, I even enabled JavaScript for all sites, and didn't add an exception.
I did all this for chrome, firefox AND IE, but all browsers give me a whitescreen on the support pages (https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail and https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new).

There doesn't seem to be any other way than seeking support via the forums at this moment, but I could use a little support..
