The strange thing is, the support page doesn't work on my computer account's browsers (Chrome and IE) but it works for the other account of the computer's IE (not for Chrome).

The page needs javascript enabled to function. So make sure that adblock and noscript is set to allow all on the page. If you have any security suite software that does web protection or similar, disable that function, clear the browser cache, then reload the page.
