The only decent UV on pretty much any status bomb is the CTR.
The status damage doesn't get a boost from any bonuses on the bomb, so although the initial explosion will do marginally more damage, this probably won't be enough to affect your gameplay. Unless you use a Shivermist as your only weapon, in which case you're probably some kind of masochist.

Charge Time Reduction. The only two UVs on bombs are CTR and DAM. But Shivermist Buster damages monsters only in a rather small radius about the bomb. So damage is not its point; bestowing freeze is its point. So you can safely ignore DAM and focus on CTR. The more the better.
