I am not sure whether this is covered in any other threads, forgive me if so. But here are some suggestions I feel would really help good user experience.

Give GMs more power for guild hall management with regards to below:

1. Prevent specific people from entering rooms/wings. This can be achieved by providing access levels like guild restricted or creating lists of people who can enter. Providing a password protected room would be very helpful too.
2. The person who buys furniture can control whether anyone else has the right to move it. This will reduce chaos when people enter design mode and change without them owning it. Of course, people can move the furniture if we tag the furniture as guild access. Based on this access can be: self access, gm access, officer access, veteran access
3. Allow furniture to have info tags. For example, if there are multiple beds in a room, a person can hover mouse over and a info tag will tell who owns the bed.
4. Restrict or option to restrict mist well use to one person per day.
5. Restrict or option to restrict withdrawal per day of resources from storage.
6. I am not sure what happens during upkeep, when if upkeep is insufficient, the expansion get removed or blocked. But if they get removed it would be very unfair to people who have contributed to buy expansion above that. I would suggest having a feature that blocks access to the specific expansion which is short of funds.

I support the following suggestions:

1. Separate vaults for Crowns, one for Upkeep and one for Purchases (Lil-Toula) - Original thread: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/68374
2. By Jester-Gtr at original thread - http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/68618#comment-567648

...

1. Nick has already announced they are working on doors. They will likely have a lock feature of some sort.

2. I don't really see why not, but then again I don't see why either. It shouldn't be hard to manage who can move the furniture. If someone is perpetually causes chaos, demote them.

3. Similarly to 2, I don't see why not but neither why. Does it really matter whose bed you lie on?

4. One Person? So, allow One Person to withdraw as much Mist as he wants, but everyone else can't? What?

5. Wouldn't really have a problem with this, since one person could just empty the storage room out by himself.

6. When you cannot pay upkeep, your GH reverts to the original GH. Also, the upkeep is now 200% of its price, and you cannot invite Guild Members. Your guild can remain in this state forever without more penalties.

Once the 200% Upkeep is paid, all your GH Expansions will be restored to their former grandeur, and you will be able to invite Guild Members again.

Simple solution: Don't buy expansions you can't afford.

PS: You might want to take a look at this thread and direct your discussions there. Since it's a mega-thread, I can always add your ideas to it to condense all these topics on Guild Halls.

They will likely have a lock feature of some sort.

I believe the exact words he used was "access levels", which means restricted to members/veterens/officers/guildmasters
That would be totally cool.

I saw your thread, there are very good suggestions there, would continue to follow and track it.

Regarding mist withdrawal, what I meant was one person, one day, one instance (one instance). This will allow other members to enjoy the benefit without putting strain on the depositors.

Thanks!
